By accessing or using Ninjai Index ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Ninjacorp Ltd, registered in England and Wales.
Ninjai Index is a web-based tool that analyses publicly accessible URLs and generates SEO, GEO, AIEO, and Retrieval Likelihood Score (RLS) reports. The Service also generates AI-optimised copy and JSON-LD schema suggestions where an AI API key is provided.
Reports are informational only. They do not constitute professional SEO, legal, or marketing advice. Results may vary depending on content changes, algorithm updates, and AI model behaviour.
The free tier provides 3 analyses per day per IP address. No payment is required.
Provides unlimited daily analyses, AI content improvements, JSON-LD generation, PDF export, and shareable reports. Billed monthly via Stripe or PayPal. Cancel anytime.
Includes all Pro features plus bulk URL analysis, API access, team accounts, and white-label reports. Contact studio@ninjai.co for onboarding.
Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal. Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You may cancel at any time through your Stripe Customer Portal or by emailing billing@ninjai.co. No refunds are issued for partial months, except where required by applicable consumer law.

All scoring methodologies, algorithms, templates, and interface designs are the intellectual property of Ninjacorp Ltd. Reports generated by the Service are provided for your personal or business use. You may not redistribute or resell report content without attribution.
You retain all rights to URLs and content you submit. By submitting a URL, you grant us a limited, temporary licence to fetch and analyse that content solely to provide the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that scores are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ninjacorp Ltd's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the Service temporarily for maintenance or upgrades. Planned downtime will be communicated where reasonably practicable.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, without prior notice. Paid subscribers will receive a pro-rated refund for unused subscription days upon termination by us without cause.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by email to paid subscribers.
